Create an account, complete your organisation setup, add a project and contractor, and set up its schedule. From the schedule, choose a task and send a call-up to its assigned contractor. Check the recipient and date before sending.
Create an accountNew accounts receive a 30-day trial with Team-tier features and no card required at signup. Your billing page shows the trial end and current plan. After the trial, an account without an active subscription becomes read-only; choose an available plan in billing to continue editing.
Billing settingsCheck that you are using the email used to create or join your account. If you joined a team, use its invitation link to finish setup. A deactivated account needs the account owner or support to investigate. Never send your password or a private invitation link to support.
Sign inAvailable jobs and settings depend on your organisation role, project allocation and subscription state. Ask your organisation administrator to check your access. Support cannot bypass those permissions from this help page.
Team settingsCheck the contractor email address and the call-up delivery status first. Queued or uncertain does not mean delivered. Ask the recipient to check junk mail. For a failed or bounced message, correct the address or sender settings before retrying. Avoid repeatedly creating new call-ups while a delivery result is uncertain.
Email settingsAdministrators can review approved senders and default CC in Email settings. A project can have its own email defaults. A sender must be approved for your organisation; entering an address does not connect or authorise a mailbox. CC recipients receive the message, so only include people who should see the job details.
Email settingsTrades can respond using the call-up link without an app account. Email reply capture is separate and requires the receiving provider and routing to be configured. Where enabled, related replies appear in the call-up mail history. A free-form email reply does not automatically confirm or change a scheduled date.
Schedule and call-upsOnly an authorised billing administrator can change the plan. Checkout is unavailable if the payment service or selected price is not configured. A checkout return is not proof of payment: the account updates after the verified payment event. Refresh billing before trying another payment, and contact support if the state stays unchanged.
Billing settingsUse Billing settings to access the available plan and subscription controls. Cancellation keeps access until the end of the paid period, as described in the terms. This help page does not make payment changes or offer refunds.
