Terms of use

These terms govern use of the BuildBuzzer service by builders and their staff in Australia. By creating an account or using BuildBuzzer you agree to them.

The service is provided by AZIZI JAUWAN PROPERTY GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 14 658 705 269; ACN 658 705 269).

Your job data

You own the job, contractor, schedule and related records you put into BuildBuzzer. We do not claim ownership of that content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the service to your organisation.

The licence we grant you

While your subscription (or trial) is current, we grant your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use BuildBuzzer for your own building business. The software, branding, copy and design remain ours. You do not buy the product — you subscribe to use it.

What you must not do

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying models of BuildBuzzer.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically copy our public pages, help text or product copy in order to clone the product or a substantially similar service.
• Sublicense, resell, or provide BuildBuzzer as a service to another builder without our written consent.
• Interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure, or misuse confirmation links that are not yours.

Usage data

We may use anonymised, aggregated usage information to keep the product reliable and to improve it. That information will not identify your organisation or your jobs.

Subscriptions, trials and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time from billing settings; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Prices shown in Australian dollars are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST is added at checkout where it applies.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

Liability

BuildBuzzer is a scheduling and confirmation tool. You remain responsible for the dates you send, the trades you engage, and compliance with your contracts and Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria have exclusive jurisdiction, except where Australian Consumer Law gives you a non-excludable right to another forum.
